All fees are non-refundable except for extenuating circumstances deemed valid by the ACVCP Board of Regents.

For ALL ACVCP Residents
By October 1st, 2025

For new residents: Create an online account and register as an ACVCP Resident Candidate

For existing residents: Upload the Candidate Annual Progress Form

Submit the Phase I Application

Two letters of reference received by the ACVCP Secretary

Application fee of $75 US sent to the ACVCP Treasurer

Submit the Phase II Application

Course transcript(s) uploaded with the application

Copies of two publications uploaded with the application

Application fee of $250 US sent to the ACVCP Treasurer

"Intent to Sit Phase I or II" Form completed.

Examination fee of $200 US (Phase I) and/or $300 US (Phase II) paid to the ACVCP Treasurer.
