In order to be eligible to take Phase I of the certifying process, the candidate must notify the ACVCP of their intent to become an ACVCP Diplomate by completing the on-line registration form and providing the registration fee as well as two letters of reference. Read this page in its entirety before you proceed.

First, complete an (online) Account Request. Once your ACVCP Mentor confirms your eligibility, you will receive a username and password from the ACVCP Webmaster via email.

Return to this page to access the Registration portion of the online Application system.

When prompted, enter the username and password provided by the ACVCP Webmaster to access the online application system. During the registration process you will be asked to provide detailed contact information for yourself, identify the ACVCP-approved training program in which you are enrolled or from which you have matriculated, and provide names and contact information for two references. When you complete the registration portion of the application process, you must request (via a link in the application system menu) a review of this information by the college. The application system will generate an automated email acknowledging your request. If you do not receive this automated email, contact the ACVCP Webmaster.
